Pros: Besides the friendly guy in the morning at the front desk, nothing. Cons: They tried taking out deposit and room fee several times before my arrival which lead to my bank thinking it was fraud
Pros: Besides the friendly guy in the morning at the front desk, nothing. Cons: They tried taking out deposit and room fee several times before my arrival which lead to my bank thinking it was fraud. The deposit still hasn’t been paid back! They wanted to give us a room with king size bed and sleeper sofa for 5! Persons. Upon request that was changed though, so everybody had a bed to sleep in.

Overall a very good value and decent experience.
Pros: The manager was working the front desk when we arrived before the check-in time, and graciously checked us in without requiring us to wait. In addition, she provided us with excellent recommendations regarding local eateries and nearby shopping. The entire staff was very pleasant and friendly. Cons: The breakfast was rather limited, and the elevators were behaving quite strangely until they were fixed the next day.

Nice staff average hotel
Found it last minute as decided to stay when came for a business meeting in town and felt I might be too tired to drive back 3 hrs. Great location and customer service. Khushi checked me in and was a very helpful host. Most issues were Historic hotel issues and not because of hotel staff. I did not meet anyone who wasn’t pleasant and welcoming. They were all very accommodating. Walkable to inner harbor and nightlife. Great restaurants within walking distance. Went to Amoorah 20 minutes away and absolutely loved it. Room - dark and have a small kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, and fr
