If they had cleaned my room, it would have been a 10/10 review.
Pros: It felt welcoming the first day and I like that breakfast is included. Cons: I have been there for a week in room 217 and my room was cleaned once. I had to go to the front desk twice when I came back at midnight just for clean towels and wash soap. I had to empty the garbage a few nights too. Even when I leave my room 9 am in the morning and return at midnight it was not cleaned and I complained to the front desk twice and nothing was done. One day they came emptied the garbage and still did not clean or left clean towels.
Pleasant stay, I will gladly come back
Pros: I liked almost everything about the accommodation, the staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful, the bed and mattress were very good, having a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in the room was pleasant, the air conditioning was good, the size of the room and cleanliness were noteworthy, the quality of breakfast (small limitation: there was no bread, but bagels and rolls). Cons: Before leaving, there was no housekeeping, even though I gave the employee $10 per day before leaving and he asked if I wanted my room to be checked on that day, which I confirmed.
