Cons: I reached 11 pm for my advanced booking and hotel had cancelled my reservation

Cons: I reached 11 pm for my advanced booking and hotel had cancelled my reservation. Worst case no one updated me same. Neither hotel bothered to update and neither booking.com. At night I was searching another hotel with family.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located close to many shops and restaurants. We were very pleased at the size and cleanliness of the room. Good breakfast. The front desk receptionist Debbie was very friendly and helpful. Thank you! Cons: Nothing
