Very disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for

Pros: We have always enjoyed the state bridge suites, would like the kitchen set up, the breakfast was good. We enjoyed it. The facilities were great. Cons: We booked the king size suite the hotel confirmed that, we brought our confirmation that we have booked over five months prior to our stay, they did not have a king size suite, with no explanation and no help I slept on the couch for 11 at nights. The desk clerk said obviously someone made a mistake here and changed your reservation our friends who wanted to stay there for 10 days changed their minds concerned and concerned they might not

Overall, the money that we spend was fair. The staff could be more friendly.

Pros: It needs more cleaning for carpets in the room and hallway. Cons: The elevators were not acceptable with a bad smell every time, definitely needs some kind of ventilation system or air conditioning.

Pros: The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Room was very clean and comfy. Staff super friendly. Cons: Water stains on ceiling. Kids eating and drinking in pool. Pool deck not clean. Pool had lots of sand at the bottom so I didn't want to get in feeling it hadn't been clean. Hot tub dirty.
