I was never able to stay. I slept in my car.
Pros: Never was able to get my room because the key card thing wasn’t able to make keys for me to get in a room so I had to get a refund and sleep in my car because it takes 7 to 10 business days to get the refund back Cons: I didn’t like that. I booked the room just to get there and couldn’t get a room.

Disappointing
Pros: No breakfast, but at least my cats got to stay Cons: My room was filthy. I requested a first floor room because I have hip issues. They gave me a 3rd floor room on the far back of the hotel, and only one elevator works. I had to walk at least 100 yards to get to my room. No ice. Vending machines didn't work.
