Disappointed and uneditable experience
Pros: The only good thing about the hotel was the convenience to the Denbies Wine Estate that we were visiting Cons: The hotel is dated and unclean. The rooms are really bad, smell damp & the bathroom is broken. The sink tap was broken and there was water clogging. The restaurant was low standard with poor quality of food. We had dinner and breakfast which was substandard and I had an upset tummy.

Pros: Нам разрешили сделать чек ин на полтора часа раньше ☺️ парень на ресепшене был очень отзывчивым 👍 Cons: Парни у бассейна вели себя странно во всех вопросах ответах и комментариях было написано что мы можем пользоваться бассейном если приедем раньше времени заезда а они настаивали что нам нужно подождать 3 часов ситуация не приятная

Pros: We've stayed here twice over the summer and both times the staff were friendly and accommodating. The check in process is a little odd though, we needed to be helped with it so weren't sure why they couldn't just check us in normallly! The public area of the hotel is lovely and we really enjoyed the swimming pool, it was nice and warm. Food and service were great and my husband particularly enjoyed the new Indian menu. Room was a good size, nice to have a fridge. Location is perfect for us with family nearby so planning on return visits. Cons: Our only real gripe would be that the bathr

Cons: We had an issue with the Aircon unit. We reported it the next morning to reception as it was very noisy. Someone did go to our room and set it going but it was still very noisy. Sounded like the filters were blocked We had requested a quiet room, we did appreciate this request may not get met, but didn't anticipate being in a room right on top of a wedding reception. We could hear not only the music, but the chatter too. It was lovely to hear people having fun celebrating, but we had an early start and wanted sleep. Pleasant, good location
Pros: Nice, good location. We were attending a party that was held in the hotel. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Cons: Air conditioning broken and it was hot. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly, no rubber mat for shower over bath, knob for shower was broken. Only 2 hangers in closet. They also gave us a room that someone else was in, which was shocking- they rectified this but it delayed our check in.
