Loved our few nights stay, we really enjoyed the Membership benefits, our rooms were upgraded which is a HUGE bonus, friendly staff who genuinely make the difference, lovely seeing the same familiar faces, concierge Dino is adorable, Matthew is so friendly and helpful there’s nothing better than kindness, the reception ladies are always very nice it makes all the difference, the gent who works as the bar tender was so polite and friendly as was the gent who looked after us at breakfast, super pleasant, friendly and engaging with all guests, we always feel at home here, it’s just perfect, thank

Dissapointed
I was informed one day before arrival through an email that because the Hotel was in renovation, many changes existed to the detriment of the customer (of course). The room was booked by me 1 month before arrival and fully prepaid 10 days before arrival. I am sure that the Hotel management knew about the renovation before...

A wonderful place to stay in London
We stayed here the last few days of our trip to England and absolutely loved it. Rooms were great, bed was super comfy and doorman was top notch! We loved the quiet, yet convenient location. The outside decor was so pretty, people passing by took photos.
