Very good location and the hotel just needs AC maintenance
Pros: Very good location and staff were very accommodating Cons: AC was broken, giving off a loud banging sound

Excellent location. Exceptional service!
Close to everything for shopping, food, movies, salon, etc. Staff are courteous and helpful. I stay here 1-2 times a year for business and personal trips to Manila. Love this place!

Comfortable
Pros: The room was spacious enough, clean bed and bathroom, comfortable beds. Breakfast choice of continental and Philippine style. No buffet. Kind and helpful personnel. Location just opposite Greenbelt 5. Checkout time is noon. Cons: Nothing, everything was more than expected.

It would be happier if they can improve in those things, especially front desk staff to review basic services.
Pros: It was ok but needs management to check staff’s work to make sure they are doing it properly Cons: It was not cleaned properly. Behind curtains, under beds, corners were so dusty
