Pros: The communication was very good, Andrew responded quickly and was very helpful
Pros: The communication was very good, Andrew responded quickly and was very helpful. Unfortunately all we could get was a comfort double room and it was small and the bathroom tiny. That said, we asked for a quiet room and it was. Good choices for breakfast but things run out quickly and you have to wait for staff to appear for it to be refilled. There's no obvious way to contact them.
Cons: The room was too small for the price and the king size bed was really 2 single mattresses together with a ridge in the middle. Lack of way to contact staff at breakfast. Very commercial and impersonal. Re

Locked out of our room overnight — very poor handling of a serious situation
Pros: Eastbourne and the surrounding area were beautiful, especially Seven Sisters. The manager was contactable and did come to the hotel when we reported the problem.
Cons: The room looked tired and dated. More importantly, on the second night of our stay, after returning from dinner, we were unable to enter our room because the door had locked from the inside.
The manager came to try to help, but could not gain access or arrange an immediate solution, apparently due to insurance restrictions. We were therefore left without access to our room and belongings and had to sleep in the hotel lobby

Loved it, the room we had was amazing… large bedroom, good sized bathroom
Pros: Very easy to get to, easy to get in. Warm, comfortable and pleasant… real windows we could open or shut.
Cons: Breakfast could have been earlier, we didn’t get breakfast the day we left as we had to be at the train station by 7:30, breakfast didn’t start till 7:30am . I did have a slight issue with the shower/bath, I have a minor issue with my knee so was a bit hard to get in and out shower but luckily hubby was a fantastic safety rail. In the evening there wasn’t hot enough water for a shower, it was warmish, mornings were hot!!

Lovely seaside stay
Pros: Warm friendly atmosphere and kind helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and plentiful,a very relaxing stay.full range of products in the bathroom
Cons: Shower cubicle was a little tight for a large man but as we'd booked late I overlooked this as a minor inconvenience.
