Fantastic. The bedding was perfect and I slept like a baby all through
Pros: Nice and warm staff. Break fast was good as well Cons: Internet connectivity was poor at the room I stayed in. Room 221. Had to go out to the lobby all the time get better internet access. This is the only downside to my stay.

Pros: Large comfortable room and great location. Cons: Lift was not working, internal signs / directions not clear and common areas (stairs etc...) were run down/in need of decorating/repair.

Disappointed
Pros: The staff are so nice and helpful . Cons: The bedrooms very plain, no tea coffee, no info on hotel , Tv not working and WiFi not good . I had booked for 3 days as attending a funeral . My mum was unwell and could not go. I rang the hotel 24 hours after booking it and was told that I still had to pay for the 3rd night . I was offered no alternative and no refund . The hotel needs a serious makeover .
