The place is friendly
The place is friendly. The waste bin in my room was full when I arrived on the Friday, also the carpet was in dire need of hoovering. I didn't comment as I thought someone would check the room on Saturday. There was nowhere to hang a towel in the shower room and the shower needed a major clean. It had a lot of black mould on the sealant. There were plenty of towels and shower gel etc. The biggest problem I have have is that on the Sunday, when I had to check out by 10:00, a key was put in the lock and the door opened. One of the staff attempted to enter my room at 08:30.
