Very disappointing stay
Our stay at the Greenway Spa Hotel did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, our booking had been entered incorrectly, leaving our reserved room unavailable. The “upgrade” offered turned out to be a cheaper room. Cleanliness was also lacking — the bathroom floor was dusty and appeared not to have been cleaned for weeks. The spa facilities were especially poor: the steam room was out of order, the sanarium was overheated with a broken thermometer, and the sauna’s temperature and humidity gauges didn’t work. Hygiene standards were low as guests used the sauna without towels, with no clear enforce

Shame about the powercut
I would love to give this place an excellent rating however I can't because we had a power cut and we weren't able to eat food in the evening, which I realise is not the hotel's fault One thing I will say, they do do a great breakfast

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Greenway
We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Greenway. We were upgraded on arrival, and everything about the stay was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was lovely, and the spa was also very good - my partner enjoyed her treatment as well. Food was excellent - we tried both the brasserie and main dining restaurant - both were delicious. Breakfast was also lovely. The only thing that could potentially be improved would be the WiFi, which wasn't great in our room - but it certainly didn't spoil our stay - we'd definitely come back!
