Food at its best
Three of us went to the Hind’s Head on March 28. Despite it being very busy, there were no delays with our food orders. The standard of service was absolutely brilliant. The food itself was of the highest quality. I would totally recommend the Hind’s Head to anyone who wants to enjoy first class cooking and excellent service.

Absolutely Perfect!
I recently visited this pub for the first time and am so sorry that I have never been before. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient; the food was superb - such tender lamb and delicious vegetables and the atmosphere and decor were lovely. We will - without a shadow of a doubt - return!

Poor food quality and service
Came here for lunch on Thursday a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't very busy but, the initial good bar service was soon eroded by very poor quality meals. The fish pie was dry and we had to send the fish and chips back. No body came to check if our food was Ok after it was delivered so I had to report it at the bar. The fish batter was undercooked and very soggy but the fish inside was dry - quite an achievement! When first reported nobody at the bar seemed to know what do and after several minutes and having spoken to the head chef, someone came to take it away to offer a replacement or somethi
