Pros: Exceptional staff, elegant well maintained property, fantastic in building food and drink options. One block from block after block of brownstones and shopping. Cons: Loved everything about this place!
Excellent location. Great service. Clean rooms
We were happy with how big the room was for a city hotel. We also liked the quality of the linens, how quiet the hotel was, and how there was not a carpet in the room. The location is excellent. The staff was attentive. The valet service was easy, and returned the car quickly when asked. Room service meal was great.

Pros: La ubicación del hotel y el servicio del personal es inmejorable. Son muy amables, atentos y serviciales. Cons: Lo que definitivamente hay que mejorar es la remodelación de las habitaciones y de los baños, están viejos y en mi caso, la cabecera de la cama se estaba descarapelando.
