Basic hotel which did the job but I would not stay here again or for more than one night.
Pros: The front of house was very cold, unwelcoming and did not have a smile on her face, we as guest were hesitant to ask anything due to how off putting she was. Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable and my room smelt of damp. The mugs were dirty and floor had crumbs on.

Excellent hotel, in a lovely little village, with fantastic staff. Ideally situated for visits to the David Austin Rose gsrden & nursery.
Nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was excellent. Good value all round.
Pros: Nice building with nice lobby, lovely restaurant and bar area, also nice seating area out the back. Cons: My only drawback was the room, it was small, but I’m fine with that, however, I do expect a hotel room and bathroom to be immaculately clean, with a firm mattress that doesn’t collapse in the middle.
