Poor

Pros: Location Cons: Arrived late evening after a 6 hour journey, surprised that as a single female was directed to a ground floor family room, double bed plus single bed, also on a corridor that was full of lively residents.

A wonderful stay made better by Lisa and her team. Thank You!

Pros: Upon arrival I thought “oh Dear!” Out on a limb with a derelict pub attached. Fears were allayed by the welcome given by the staff all week. Cons: The overpowering heat in the night!

Weekend break

Pros: Morning Staff were lovely, breakfast was great, room clean and tidy. Cons: Lack of sockets in the bedroom to change phones, evening staff member was robotic and looked bored, polite but felt like he didn't really want ro be there.
