Ok for a short stay, clean but basic
Pros: Good location, NCP parking directly opposite £10 for 24Hrs. Room including bathroom clean and comfortable Cons: No staff, check in via key code. No coffee in breakfast room! Disappointing breakfast. No shelf in bathroom or place to hang towels. Single glazed windows mean probably cold in winter.

A great stay in Cheltenham.
Pros: The location was very central and close to both parking and the Cheltenham centre. The facilities in the room were very clean, with a good self-serve selection for breakfast in addition. I appreciated the availability of teas and coffees as well as fridge-cold water due to the warm weather. The owner as well was very responsive to messaging, which was also appreciated. Cons: We noticed that the shower didn't seem to close all the way in our room, but the owner was very responsive and this didn't affect our stay.
