The owners were nice
The owners were nice. Explained what we needed to know. The room was nice and private. All in all, pretty good.

Clean but not without issues.
The property was clean but the bathroom door didn't close properly as it was swollen. I managed to shut it but then couldn't open it again, thankfully my daughter pushed it from the outside to let me out! The toilet cistern also kept filling and wouldn't stop, we had to wedge the ballcock so we could sleep.

Failed to warn me that the roads were closed so diversion was extremely long
Failed to warn me that the roads were closed so diversion was extremely long. Hot water did not come through (it was 06:30), so I left without a shower or shave.

Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convenient if you are attending a concert or event nearby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Owner is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌
