Good rooms and location just improve the communication
Pros: Good sized room with everything you needed. Clean and comfortable if not a little dated.
Cons: Poor communication before arrival particularly with me arriving after reception opening hours. I sent 2 messages but did not get a reply, however the process was clear and easy - but would have been nice to get a response. Also should have been left with a WiFi code but it wasn't where it should have been from the instructions

Pros: The bed is comphy but not enough blankets.
Cons: No extra duvet or blankets. Noise from the upperfloor level with the slinding doors😡

Really nice and comfortable motel in a great location!
This was a great place to stay for a few days. The location across from North Hagley Park is superb. The staff were fantastic and happy to help with various requests. The room was comfy and spacious, a little quirky. Recommended.
