Beautiful all around!
Pros: Loved the staff, they were very helpful and the room was lovely. Super clean and very comfortable. Cons: Only thing I disliked was the fact the valet was full and I had to find another spot to park, but the staff was very helpful in directing me to a garage nearby!

Valet Team Parked Car Illegally
The hotel itself is beautiful and a great location. The staff are also very friendly and helpful during the stay. The reason for the 2 stars is an issue that occurred after my check out. A few weeks after I checked out, I received a parking violation via mail for nearly $100. One of their valet employees had parked in the incorrect garage and left the garage without paying/scanning their credentials. I immediately emailed the hotel and alerted them, along with a copy of the parking ticket and my receipt showing that the car was in their care at the time of the ticket. I was initially met with

Love the rooms, the artwork and antiques threw out the hotel. Awesome staff. Common areas to sit and relax are very nice. Great location to walk to Broadway or the stadium.
