Pros: Modernity. Attention. Spaciousness. Facilities. No complaints. Cons: Perhaps a bit far from Dallas, nothing that you can't solve with an Uber or public transportation.

Staying at my favorite DFW Los Colinas Irving Hotel was the perfect birthday surprise from my husband. The staff are the secret ingredient at this hotel and made everything special. The rooms are always clean and equipped for a good night’s sleep. The front desk and restaurant staff are customer-focused and the food is delicious. Kristy, the assistant GM, and the GM run a tight ship, hire well, and create a good culture from top down. If you visit, don’t miss eating on-site and walking around Lake Carolyn for exercise to walk the calories off! Attend a concert at the Toyota Music Factory right

Great Stay at the Westin
Pros: As we were attending the Conference at the Center next door, the location was perfect. It also has multiple restaurants around the hotel within a short walk. Waters in the room each day were great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Cons: Some staff were a little disinterested (looking at their phones). Others were wonderful, so it isn't consistent. Everything else was good otherwise.
