Luxurious hotel in a nice location with good food and wonderful service
Pros: The service at the hotel was absolutely exemplary, especially the personal and caring staff Lakshmi & Team in Club Lounge who made us feel deeply welcome and remembered our orders (including delicious dosas and Pani Puri). Our cleaner Piyush showed fantastic precision, constantly refilled with fresh water, and even lined up our shoes and toothbrushes perfectly. The dinner at Lake View Café was magically delicious with lamb biryani and an amazing local chicken stew. The pool, pool area, and changing rooms were nice and pleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is surrounded by the Greenery from all sides and the Lake view is cherry on top. The staff was very well behaved and services were excellent.
