Disappointed
Pros: On arrival the whole town was lovely, but the property didn’t follow suite. Cons: The advertisement was very misleading, the rooms were very basic, no food, and nothing like the pictures. Staff was limited no one to be seen on departure, couldn’t even contact then. Wouldn’t recommend. Also the PAT test on the kettle was 14 years out of date.

Pros: Nothing about The White bear. It shouldn't be on your site misrepresentation Cons: Everything. The room was not like anything on your site. They were dirty and dusty and mismatch bedding. No food has it says on your site. Bedclothes look like they had come out of the bin. Loud music and shouting in the bar so no chance of sleeping. Manager was nowhere to be seen in morning to check out had to leave key in door. The property should not be on your site . Photos are from previous owners. I have emailed yourselves for my money back. It was disgusting you should send someone for a vis

Pros: Good location in middle of town. Free car parking in the back of the hotel. Cons: No breakfast. A bit messy and worned. Staff not very welcoming.

Pros: Large tv able to log into Netflix account Cons: Dirty. Unkept and overgrown, poor unmatched furniture. No food. Staff not too friendly.
Perfectly acceptable 3* accommodation. You get what you pay for.
