Very helpful staff and comfortable facilities
Pros: The friendliness of the staff, the hotel structure, the comfort offered. Cons: The breakfast is good, but could offer more options for people intolerant to lactose and gluten. The bathroom box is slightly open, causing the shower water to flood the entire bathroom.
Great spot! High comfort in tranquil central area.
Pros: Lovely property with main facilities (heating, air dryer, bathrobe) and very attentive staff Cons: The Taxi I had booked through them to reach the airport arrived 20 minutes late as they got the directions of the booking switched. All went well but worth 3x checking they got the booking right.
We felt at home
Pros: The kindness and closeness of the staff. Impeccably clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Every day they leave you chocolate pills and a homemade supercookie as a welcome gift. Cons: Nothing
The hotel is great, only a 5-minute walk away from Plaza de Armas
The hotel is great, only a 5-minute walk away from Plaza de Armas. The rooms are great, spacious with a very large bed. They helped us when we needed to store our luggage, organize taxis, or have one room for longer in the afternoon.
