Pros: The room was comfortable and well-appointed. It was quiet. Cons: Maintenance was being done on the hot water piping during my stay. The television in my room didn’t work but I don’t watch much TV.

Pros: I always love staying in this hotel. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are always amazing. They give us a couple of free water bottles-- which is so nice when you've been traveling for hours to get there. The pool was perfect. I love how the rooms have little sayings on the items-- for instance the hairdryer says "great hair day" and you just feel like you will have a great hair day! The AC is awesome. The lighting is perfect. I love the games they have downstairs. The breakfast is pretty good. The location is perfect for kidzania, the mall, universal kids
