You pay for what you get.
I'm writing this review as this hotel is underrated and gets a lot of stick from visitors
Read bellow it's as honest as you can get.
Location is 10 mins walk to a beach but it's down a huge set of stairs hard to get down with beach stuff with kids. There is a ramp but it's still hard. You are 30 mins walk to the best beaches. Close to a supermarket and the Irish bars which play loud music till 3am. If you are on that side of the hotel don't expect to sleep.
There is a great kids pool next to another large family pool. Two other pools on the other side of the hotel which I never went to.

scared because of the reviews, but no need to be.
The hotel and location are great as you can get to both lively and quiet places in no time, depending on what you want to do. Apartments were clean and maintained well for the age. Tye food was good, as long as you like fresh, healthy food. The desk staff were great but the bar staff, were the worst I have ever met. They hate English people and even though our family tried to speak nothing but spanish, but they still were rude, blunt, scowled at you, no manners etc. The old lady with the ponytail is the worst, probably bitter she never made it to wherever she wanted to be in life and is jealou

Pros: La piscina climatizada estaba muy bien con el bar al lado, la ubicación muy cerca de la playa ,y el bazar tenía de todo y buen precio

Cons: Que no tuvieran los apartamentos ni aire acondicionado ni ventilador tuvimos que dormir en la sala por que no disponían de ellos ni para alquilarlos ,que pusieran la comida de un día para otro se notaba mucho que la usaban del snack a la cena fatal ,que para coger las hamacas tuviéramos que hacer una carrera a las 9 de la mañana vamos hacíamos la cola a las 8.30 pero las cogimos
