Very nice Mediterranean house for large groups.

Pros: The house is beautifully tucked away, so each room in the garden has its own peace and quiet. The size is optimal for a group of 10 people. The location is also very good - secluded, but not too far from small villages and activities. Cons: Communication with the accommodation was very poor. When we were on-site, there was no response to messages. The pool light was not working, and the outdoor lighting was also not functioning. We requested assistance, but no one responded. Pros: Absolutely stunning property, set in scenic surroundings. So pretty and peaceful. So much outside and inside space. An absolutely charming villa with so much to offer. Cons: An information book with details about the property, waste collection points, and some history about the property would be great. Since it was so lovely, we would have loved to know more about it.

Pros: Large property with spacious grounds, a good pool area, and a great pool. Typically Mallorcan attractive villa in a great position. Very close to Cala St. Vincenc, Pollensa, and Puerto Pollensa. Cons: Air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms not working properly, with one room smelling damp. No fly screens on any windows. Fridge not keeping contents cold properly. The property is generally tired and in need of modernization. The pool is clean but a bit murky and required 2 visits from pool maintenance.
