Lovely hotel - great facilities and room was excellent
Lovely hotel - great facilities and room was excellent. Great pool and the buffet dinner was great value. Lovely staff too.

Holidays pro-btp = safe bet
Perfect stay because there are many spaces for everyone to find their place in peace or in community, from children to the elderly. The setting is idyllic and the village has all the quality services. I will always look for a pro-btp village from now on (safe bet)

Forgotten clients
After several reminders (3) at the reception desk, we were able to get the keys at 6:40 PM. What a waste of time!!! Overwhelmed staff. Upon our arrival at 4:50 PM, we were told to wait until 6:00 PM for cleaning not completed. At 6:05 PM, the room will be available but wait, we must be called on the phone as soon as possible. How to enjoy the pool with our luggage... Several unhappy couples were waiting
