I fantastic staff what a lovely place to stay

Pros: Absolutely Fantastic Welcome from start to finish Cons: Nothing I really enjoyed the stay even tho work was being done it was perfect

Perfect stay with amenities

Pros: Good breakfast, poached eggs were made perfectly. The family swimming pool timings until 7 pm on Sunday was perfect. The pool also had swimming aids for kids. The room itself was comfortable and had a large window. The property appeared to be much more newer than the one in Newcastle. The gym was good as well. Cons: There was the smell of manure in and around the property at the time of our stay. There is also some work going on the exterior of the property, and there was noise during the day. It’s 20 minutes away from Leeds city centre.

Pros: P. Klaudia w recepcji super Service! Fajny basen. Cons: Brak sera i warzyw na śniadanie. Jajecznica z proszku. Parking bardzo ciezko o wolne msce. Straszny halas z autostrady w pokoju od strony ulicy.

Disappointed

Pros: Building work meant stay was rather noisy . Took ages to get served in bar/ restaurant then starters and mains all came at same time . Room was ready but only 1 biscuit between us , no full toilet rolls so had to source more .. just expected better for club room Cons: Service Warning over noise prior to check I.

The room was large and spacious and clean and the staff were really friendly Cons: The pillows are rocks. The bed is lovely everything is so nice and just let down by the rocks for pillows
