They changed our room from the third floor to the fifth, which we had to walk up to carrying our luggage because the elevator does not reach there due to the ongoing construction. The hotel was not full, so they could have accommodated us in a room with better access. We had a triple room, so I assume it was because they didn't want to give us two separate rooms. Pros: Very nice, spacious, clean, and well-equipped room. Hotel is very well located, 10 minutes from a large shopping center and the FC Sevilla stadium. Cons: Some paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling. Maybe a shower screen is missing to avoid splashing everywhere
