The management dept and front desk were horrible, with the exception of a couple of kind people! And the cleaning staff
Pros: Clean rooms, cleaning staff was nice and accommodating Cons: I was charged twice for the same room!!!! The second charge was $1,200 more than the original charge! When I asked to be refunded, they kept on claiming that they couldn’t refund me until we checked out! I was $2,100 short of earmarked funds that were suppose to be for my trip! They paid for 3 breakfasts & refunded any taxi services. It still didn’t come close to the money I needed. Not only that, they were so blasé about the whole situation! As I write (2 days after check out) I’m still waiting for my refund! They also could n
