Many Deficiencies
From the desk staff not always being at the desk and not knowing much about getting around in Amsterdam to the rooms not having air conditioning or even sufficient fans (This is especially dangerous and irresponsible for older people and babies staying there.), the hotel leaves much to be desired. Not all the bedrooms have places to hang clothes, windows don't open and close, instructions for using appliances and bathroom tubs are inadequate, dishes are chipped, staining chairs, and the gym was not cleaned daily.

Pros: On this family trip, we booked three apartments, and the hotel assisted us as much as possible with our needs
Pros: On this family trip, we booked three apartments, and the hotel assisted us as much as possible with our needs. We are very grateful for the great impression we had from the beginning. There is a large supermarket nearby, and the kitchen is fully equipped, allowing us to cook and dine at the hotel. The hotel is quiet yet centrally located, making it a good choice for accommodation in Amsterdam. Cons: The dining chairs were visibly dirty, but this did not overshadow the overall experience.
