Personnel efficace et sympathique
Nous n’avons pas séjourné dans l’établissement puisqu’ils ont dû nous relocaliser mais le processus a été très facile et ils se sont assurés que nous étions à l’aise avec la situation. Ils nous ont offert le parking gratuitement et le personnel était très sympathique. L’hotel est tres bien situe près que toutes les attractions de Niagara Falls

Pros: Bel hôtel spacieux abordable et près des attractions touristiques. Propre et personnel professionnel et cordiale Cons: Nous devions appeler pour avoir de l’eau et du café presque chaque jours et parfois pour faire nettoyer la chambre
