Overall nice, but be aware of their limitations
Pros: We liked that there was an indoor pool. Staff was really helpful. The pool was a real plus. Except: We were told that it opened at 10am. Then, we were told it was closed until 12noon. The staff was kind enough to let us have a 12noon check-out so my boys could swim for an hour. Cons: 1.) That we were charged $50 for our pet. That is 40% of the room rate!!! That is ridiculous!!! 2.) I realize that since the breakfast is so overpriced, you don't get a lot of customers. After making waffles, I told the staff that the waffle bater was spoiled. By time the staff mixed up a new batter, there w

Horrible
Pros: Nothing Cons: Refrigerator didn’t work. Very dirty. Person in room next to me left cause their frig didn’t work either and lost all their food. They pulled out the frig and cockroaches scattered everywhere. I would have left also but it was late. I should have asked for a refund cuz it was that terrible. A different couple ay check out got a credit cuz it was discusting . Can you help me get a refund?

Disappointed in cleanliness of entrance (cigarettes on ground). Also room needs deep cleaning.
Cons: Lipstick mark on water glass.
