Cons: O serviço foi muito decepcionante, e alguns membros da equipe careciam de maneiras básicas e profissionalismo. Também testemunhamos funcionários falando mal dos clientes pelas costas, o que foi muito antiético. Awesome Hotel!!
Pros: Everything wonderful!! The hotel structure is huge, wonderful pools, super nice staff, high-level food and drinks, huge beautiful room...as it is an all-inclusive hotel we thought it wouldn't have such quality, but this hotel does and therefore exceeded our expectations!!!
Cons: A localização é mais afastada e a praia estava com muitas algas durante a nossa estadia, mas como ficamos neste hotel por último em nossa viagem acabou não sendo um problema pois já tínhamos aproveitado muito nos dias anteriores...super recomendamos este hotel!!
