Smelly studio room
The location is excellent and previous stays at your apartment have been good. The negatives for me are communication is slow when you need something which I understand when there are no staff on duty it’s difficult, but if there is a problem you need issues rectifying promptly. We ended up staying in a room which smelt of blocked drainage, this was unbearable at times, unfortunately despite informing the staff no one attended during my 2 night stay to rectify it. The apartment was not cleaned properly and had clumps of hair on the floor in various locations. We were offered a 20% off voucher

Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.
