Count Binface is the satirical creation of British writer Jonathan Harvey — spiritual successor to the earlier Lord Buckethead — who has contested British elections since the late 2010s dressed as an intergalactic space warrior with a wheelie-bin for a head, turning the staid ritual of the count into genuine national theatre.
