A major international tournament fixture, the kind that pulls travelling supporters from across the continent alongside locals who only turn out for the biggest nights. Flags and replica shirts fill the surrounding streets for hours before kick-off, with pubs and fan zones running at full capacity long before the teams emerge.

Wembley Stadium is the showpiece of UEFA Euro 2028, the stage on which the finals reach their climax. England's national stadium and the spiritual home of English football, Wembley hosts cup finals, internationals and the biggest touring concerts beneath its landmark arch. The surrounding Wembley Park has been rebuilt into a bustling district of restaurants, outlet shopping and new residential towers.

Jubilee and Metropolitan line trains, plus mainline services from Marylebone, feed the ground directly, so central London stays close. Staying overnight nearby means you can beat the post-event crowds rather than queueing for the last train.
