The inaugural 2023 running, won by Max Verstappen, overcame a chaotic build-up to deliver a genuinely entertaining race, and the event has since become one of the most glamorous and commercially significant weekends of the season. With the whole Strip transformed into circuit and grandstand, it is as much a show as a sporting contest.
