Pros: The location of the accommodation is very convenient with all amenities around. We were not disturbed by external noise. Very responsive concierge system. Cons: Need to check in twice due to software change. Some basic necessities are missing, with the accommodation remaining very expensive for the service provided. Pros: Check-in: key was saved in keybox. The light in the bathroom didn't work but it was fixed immediately. Very pleasant host. Cons: It was quite cold in the room, especially at night and early morning due to old windows.

Location was excellent, 5 minutes from the venue, 5 minutes from the tube station, and lots of bars and restaurants.

Pros: The apartment was clean and cozy, comfortably accommodating 3 people. Smart procedure with IDs and easy check-in. The staff was very kind. The area is easy to find, conveniently close to Liverpool Train Station (5 min walking). Cons: The apartment is generally small, with a sofa bed in the dining room; it is fine for sleeping for a few days. An area to improve is to provide an electric hob, as besides the microwave, there is nothing else to cook (e.g. scramble eggs with bacon...).
