Good in many respects but mustn't rest on laurels

Pros: Great set up, yummy breakfasts and brilliant location Cons: Some staff a bit up their own rear ends. Bar closed very early for what and where it is. Scaffolding all over which wasn't mentioned on booking.com.

Superb in every way. The highest of every detail upheld by staff and environment.

Pros: Loved the details and the eco friendly approach done in a mindful manner. Enjoyed the nooks and areas of comfort provided. The feel of fabrics, design and live plants everywhere were gorgeous. Cons: A few more hooks for hanging jackets, towels.

Given these prices, please improve the service provided by the restaurant staff.

Pros: The location, cleanliness, and fresh renovation—everything was wonderful. Cons: The restaurant staff—with the exception of one or two bartenders and a waiter—are just awful. That's exactly what ruined the whole experience.
