Overall excellent, can't fault at all. Ideal location for work colleagues and host is lovely. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay
Always have a lovely stay here, accommodation lovely, ideal location. Have stayed a number of times and would highly recommend.

It was fine but I won’t use them again.
Pros: Convenient to downtown Cons: The dishwasher did not work. We were not supposed to use the dryer but we could use the washing machine. Only three towels for the three of us to stay a whole week. No extra paper towels. Called the property manager and she brought one roll. She have had supplies. Being from another country, having the proper plugs available for us to use would have been nice. Also, operating instruction on how to use the appliances (by flipping the fuses/switches) would have been helpful.

Great apartment in Bury St Edmunds
Pros: Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Cons: It was pretty hot as we there during the heatwave. There were fans but even so it was a bit uncomfortable.
