Très British. Emplacement loin des hordes de touriste dans un quartier résidentiel plein de restaurant à proximité. Aussi proche de King’s road, Sloan Square ou du métro . Personnel très agréable et sympathique. Bon rapport qualité prix.
Beautiful stay and I would stay again.
Pros: Amazing location with beautiful properties all around. They offer both apartments and rooms. I had a one bed apartment. It was very nice, large and quiet. The staff is amazing and super responsive. Cons: Small things that are easily dealt with: shower would turn cold after 3-5 minutes and no utensils in kitchen. Was very clean but is you look deeply, there were areas that lacked attention. All areas needing a more thorough cleaning was in bathroom. Examples: dust and cobwebs inside the bathroom mirror light fixtures, dirt and fingerprints on towel holder in bathroom, soap and toothp
Pros: Had a great British boutique hotel feel to it. The location and convenience was great. It felt very secure as well. Beds were very comfortable and staff was very helpful. Amenities in the room was very convenient. Really enjoyed my stay Cons: Room cleaning service was a bit off as they decided to close my bag once without securing the items inside which resulted in everything being misplaced and falling out of my suitcase. They also took liberties in placing my personal belongings around the room which is didn’t appreciate as I am particular about where my items are placed
Luxurious hotel in a beautiful part of London.
Pros: Location- excellent- lovely leafy area, close to nice shops and restaurants. Food- very good breakfast- lots of choice. Staff friendly and efficient. I had one evening meal in the restaurant and food was very good and a generous portion. Cons: The bedroom was spacious ( for a London hotel) and the bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe space. I was disappointed there was no vanity mirror on the dressing table so although there was a full length mirror in the entrance to the bedroom there was no power socket near this. It was therefore very difficult to dry and styl
