Disappointed

Pros: location Cons: very noisy. can hear everything in all and adjoining rooms. We were staying in a double room and its was tiny as was the bathroom. Took over a hour to get rental car from valet.

Great location with amazing staff

Pros: Great location near the best subway line. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and well furnished Cons: Room was too small for 2 beds and hotel breakfast is very expensive

Extremely high disco music inside the hotel at night. Impossible to sleep.

Pros: Proximity. But there are much better options at better prices. Cons: Extremely high disco music inside the hotel. Impossible to sleep! No room service in the evening. Doors to hallway are open in the buttom so you can hear everything in the hallway including elevators which make high noise. The wifi is very bad so even the hotel TVs cannot show programs. The interior is warn down and the view looks like something from a building plot. They present themselves 5 star. NOT even 4 star in our opinion.
