Cons: Further from main Hastings where all the action was in town than I thought but had car so not so bad and got cab on night out. Bit noisy first thing in morning from road traffic so woke me early in morning but was fine rest of night.

Perfect location for a perfect 2day get away
The rooms were clean and tidy. There was a kettle and fridge in the room with a very well looked after bathroom.
View from the room overlooking the sea was amazing.
The breakfast was first class and the Alison was a perfect host
We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay again!

Pros: A beautiful place with so much style and character
Pros: A beautiful place with so much style and character. The cottage-style garden is absolutely lovely, and there are always fresh flowers from the garden inside the house. You can smell them all the way upstairs.
The host is very polite, welcoming and helpful. Our room was stylish, spotless and very well equipped.
And the breakfast… amazing! 😀 like eating in a Michelin-star restaurant, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
The location is also great, and you can easily walk everywhere. We had a wonderful 17th wedding anniversary there and would definitely recommend it!
