Pros: Love the spacious rooms! This is our third visit and this time we appreciated the laundry facilities and enjoyed the rooftop. Cons: Needed to ask for sheets for the pullout couch-this has happened to us before. Both times we have booked for 3 guests and obviously needed to use the couch.

I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Pros: The location of property was amazing. The bed was soft and fantastic. The staff was kind and courteous especially the doorman and the receptionists. All our requests were completely fulfilled. Cons: There was nothing wrong with the property at all.

Pros: Large room in a great location close to 9/11 memorial. Loved the laundry Comfortable bed Cons: Room need a bit of basic maintenance
