Exactly what we expected.
Pros: Location was perfect and staff was friendly and helpful! Cons: We knew we weren’t going to have a view of the river, but the view was the building next door. Doesn’t really matter because the room was small and the common area had a wonderful view!

Pros: Room was bright, well appointed, and had gorgeous views of the river. The staff was welcoming, personable, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was ample and they offered freshly made eggs cooked to order. Several small touches that made them unique: A glass of port wine as a welcome drink upon arrival, two little pastry treats awaited us in our room. They even left us a bottle of white wine in the fridge of our room along with wine glasses as an anniversary gift! Did I mention robes and slippers? Coffee and tea was available all day/night. Fresh

Excellent accommodations, location, and staff.
Pros: The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Isabelle, Maria, and Bruna were all exceptional. They assisted us with train and airport transfers, tours, and restaurant suggestions. Isabelle even went out and bought unsweetened almond milk for my breakfast. Cons: Nothing.
