20 Hertford Street - Mayfair Apartments

Ideal location for our visit. For this part of London price was good.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and good to have kitchen facilities. Not applicable to us as only one night but if you were staying longer then great to have laundry. Cons: Apartment was huge and airy but odd that kitchen was tiny dark space. Wouldn't want for a longer stay. Bedroom curtains not blackout and also coming away from their hooks (needs repairing) so very light in the bedrooms. The back bedroom had a shower over bath that fluctuated in temperature and was not great flow but the other bathroom had a lovely walk in sh

I recommend these apartments ♥️ Excellent, clean, great location, elegant treatment and cooperative. We took a spacious and beautiful two-bedroom apartment and the best thing is that the bathrooms have bidets. There is daily quick cleaning, not thorough, changing towels, and taking out the trash. One of the distinctive options that I would repeat.

Pros: the location. Cons: Apartment no. 9 (Penthouse with 3 bedrooms) has not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time and was very dirty. Lots of dust and dirt. Overall, the apartment is in poor condition and very worn out.
