Pros: Good location and clean Cons: Sauna and stream room not working. Only booked it for this reason. Complained and they said they'd come back to me but never did.

Great in every way!

Pros: Location is perfect for walking to restaurants , bars, whiskey row. Fun and interesting art! Every team member was accommodating, professional, and friendly! Beds are comfortable. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

Free so Worth It

I had heard they had rotating art exhibits and decided to drop in. I thought it was a historic hotel and only later discovered 21c is a chain in various cities. All the art had a minority and LGBT focus but I guess you have to expect that in a woke city post George Floyd. Either way, the quality was excellent. Exhibit larger than I expected, encompassing two floors.

It was great!! Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Pros: It was beautiful! Everyone was so friendly. The duck in the shower is the cutest!!! Cons: There’s no fan in the bathroom and it almost is too quiet. Which normally not a bad thing, but a little background noise or something.
