Pros: Lovely apartment, but pricey
Pros: Lovely apartment, but pricey. Checkin was annoying Cons: The checkin process and online form you have to complete plus 200 pounds deposit 5 days before (I was not aware). Took a week or so for the refund to occur
Great location
Pros: Location is excellent as we wanted to be in Chelsea. Cons: The accommodation was not up to date as I would have expected for the room charge. Old bathroom which needed some TLC and NO charging points. They used an extension cable for some items which I had to step over to get to the wardrobe. There was far too many emails, texts etc before booking in. They were so thorough it did make my expectations so much greater for the accomidation.

Pros: Central location. Very clean and comfortable Cons: In 30 degree heat no air con in the bedroom as advertised. We felt unwell it was that hot.
Faultless luxury London satu!
Pros: Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff with small thoughtful extras that made the stay absolutely faultless! Cons: The shower is tiny and a little weak. A hand shower would be a great addition.
